Work with LII.
You develop leaders. LII independently assesses them. A partnership keeps those two roles clearly separate.
Who we want to work with
Training providers
Leadership consultancies and coaches
Universities and business schools
Corporate academies
Public-sector leadership institutes
What partners may do
- Help candidates understand LII evidence requirements and prepare their submissions.
- Use approved LII candidate guidance, where an agreement allows it.
- Seek Programme Recognition for their own programmes, on the same terms as anyone else.
- Describe the partnership only in wording an agreement approves.
What partners may not do
- Assess candidates, issue LII certification, or claim to.
- Adapt LII assessment tools, rubrics or standards.
- Use LII marks or designations without written permission.
- Offer any advantage in assessment. A partnership never confers one.
Why it works
Your clients get development from you and an independent decision from LII, which keeps both credible. Outcomes depend on your programme and your clients.
