Certification Team
Individual Certification Enquiries
Level Consultations, application status, evidence requirements, assessment process questions, grade outcomes, certificate reissuance, and Digital Passport access. All candidate-facing queries.
LIA Programme Recognition applications, LEM Organisational Accreditation enquiries, Recognised Accreditation Body (RAB) appointments, and reassessment cycle queries for accredited institutions.
LII commits to a two working day response on all enquiries submitted through the channels above. Complex accreditation or partnership enquiries may require additional time for a substantive reply; in these cases an acknowledgement will be sent within two working days confirming receipt and expected response timeline. LII does not operate a call centre. All communication is handled in writing to ensure accuracy and traceability.

LII's principal operations, Certification Directorate, and Assessor Panel are based in Dubai, UAE. LII operates internationally from its UAE base, serving candidates and organisations across multiple regions.
LII does not operate a walk-in office. All engagement is conducted remotely or at agreed professional venues, by appointment.

Global Credential Portability
LII credentials are designed for international portability. Candidates and employers anywhere in the world may apply for certification or verification through the standard LII process. Country-specific licensing arrangements exist where national volumes support them.
