LII commits to a two working day response on all enquiries submitted through the channels above. Complex recognition or partnership enquiries may require additional time for a substantive reply; in these cases an acknowledgement will be sent within two working days confirming receipt and expected response timeline. LII does not operate a call centre. All communication is handled in writing to ensure accuracy and traceability.

Where LII Operates

HQ

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

LII's principal operations, Certification Directorate, and Assessor Panel are based in Dubai, UAE. The GCC region is LII's primary operating territory.

LII does not operate a walk-in office. All engagement is conducted remotely or at agreed professional venues, by appointment.

LII serves candidates and organisations across the Gulf Cooperation Council states and the broader MENA region. Regional partnerships support in-country assessment delivery where volumes warrant dedicated resource.

Global Credential Portability

LII credentials are designed for international portability. Candidates and employers outside the GCC may apply for certification or verification through the standard LII process. Country-specific licensing arrangements exist where national volumes support them.
